The report type used to develop the appraisal of Vacant Land is dependent on the Highest and Best Use of the subject property (i.e. Residential, Multi-family, Commercial, etc).

While a typical vacant residential parcel could be valued using the Residential Vacant Land form, other property types may require a narrative form produced by a Certified General appraiser.
