Tips to deal with a difficult Co-worker:
1- Be prepared for conflict.
2- Like the saying goes: Kill them with kindness.
3- Be open with that person and voice the stress they are causing you.
4-Self reflect. Make sure you're not the one adding fuel to the fire.
5- If all fails, ask a third party to assist.
